Diablo 3 Season 24 is reportedly down today, with gamers confirming issues connecting to game servers across platforms.
Fans are also reporting seeing a Diablo 395002 Code Error, leaving gamers unable to continue games, complete tasks or achievements in-game.
A message from one affected user writes: “I can’t even finish a single rift without losing connection. Please help. This is all after the patch.”
Another adds: “I got Error retrieving Game License. Now getting Error (Code 395002).”
It’s unclear what is causing today’s mass outage or how long gamers will be unable to play Diablo 3 on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
Blizzard has not provided any ETA on the problems but could share an update if issues continue during July 27.
The latest from the Blizzard support team reads: “We are currently looking into a connectivity issue, but I don’t really have more details at the moment or an ETA. It is being looked into. Thanks for the report.”
