Resident Evil Re:Verse has resurfaced following its disappearance after a bumpy early access period and it's being touted as free content for owners of Resident Evil Village. We got a new trailer for the multiplayer title during Capcom's recent Resident Evil showcase, which revealed the game will be playable in Early Access only for existing owners of Resident Evil Village starting October 24. The Early Access period will last for 2 days and will end on October 26.
We didn't get a release date for when the game will actually launch, but we did get some snippets of gameplay taking place across a number of Resident Evil locations. It was also revealed that the title will be crossplay and that several updates are planned for Resident Evil Re:Verse once the game actually does ship at some point later this year.
