The weekly Exotic item merchant, Xur, hangs out in random locations around the world of Destiny. In Destiny 2, he can appear all over the map, as well as inside the Tower. This week, you can find Xur in the Tower, in the Hangar, hanging out on the stairs behind Dead Orbit.

Skyburner’s Oath
The Skyburner’s Oath is a scout rifle modeled after the Cabal’s slug rifle. Its first Exotic perk is Slug Rifle, which causes the gun to become more powerful when you’re aiming down its sights, and launch heat-seeking grenades when you fire from the hip. The second Exotic perk is For the Empire. This perk makes the gun fully automatic, deal extra damage to Cabal enemies and, most importantly, penetrate the shields of Phalanx enemies.
All of the perks around Skyburner’s Oath make it sound fantastic, but it’s a fairly mediocre weapon. However, it is pretty unique as far as Destiny guns go, so pick it up if you’re looking for something new.
Lucky Raspberry
The Hunter exotic this week is Lucky Raspberry. The main perk here is Probability Matrix, which enhances your Arc Bolt grenade, giving it a chance to reset after dealing damage and causing it to chain more effectively. The cooldown is also reset on a full chain. It’s hard to recommend this chest for either PvP or PvE activities.
Xur’s roll this week comes with 64 total stats.

Peacekeepers
Peacekeepers are for the submachine gun enthusiast. Its exotic perk, Mecha Holster, will reload submachine guns when you store them and allow you to ready them instantly. This is OK at best. If you love submachine guns and want to roll with one or even two all the time, these are the pants for you. If not, you’ll probably find something else worth your Legendary Shards.
Xur’s roll this week comes with 63 total stats.
Vesper of Radius
The Vesper of Radius is a Warlock chest piece from Curse of Osiris. Its exotic perk, Planetary Torrent, causes a shockwave to explode out from you when you place your Rift. Your Rift also recharges far faster when you’re surrounded by enemies.
All of this sounds pretty cool, but unfortunately Vesper of Radius is overshadowed by so many other Warlock exotics that it’s very difficult to see a situation where Vesper of Radius is your best chest piece. Unless you’re a collector, skip it.
Xur’s roll this week comes with 65 total stats.
