CD Projekt Red released a new trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 during its Night City Wire livestream on Thursday, offering a glitzy, high-energy look at Night City and its colorful inhabitants. And don’t worry — if you’re concerned about story spoilers for Cyberpunk 2077, the developer says that all footage from the new trailer is taken from the game’s prologue.
Cyberpunk 2077’s new trailer shows off the world, characters, and action of the upcoming game, and “the beginnings of the mercenary career of V — the ambitious, cyber-enhanced outlaw players will be stepping into the shoes of later this year,” CD Projekt Red said in a news release. There’s plenty of neon-drenched Night City, as well as a peek at the Badlands on the city’s outskirts, along with no shortage of violence and some salty language.
CD Projekt Red’s open-world action-adventure is scheduled to arrive on PlayStation 4, Windows PC, and Xbox One on Nov. 19. Cyberpunk 2077 is also coming to Google Stadia, and will be playable on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X when those consoles launch via backward compatibility, with a full next-gen upgrade due out later.
Pre-orders for CD Projekt’s upcoming RPG are discounted at Amazon right now. It’s available on Xbox One, PS4, and Windows PC.
